I’m a student and lifelong practitioner of Maya Abdominal Therapies, trained in the lineage of Dr. Rosita Arvigo, and continually deepening into craniosacral work, spiritual healing, and grounded mystic practices.

Since 2001, I’ve worked with spiritual bodywork, massage, and energy medicine—guided by the belief that touch is an essential language of community, a pathway to connection, healing, and deeper awareness.
My travels and love of learning from diverse cultures have shaped my approach to the healing arts, infusing it with curiosity, humility, and reverence.

I live in South Seattle, where I tend a garden, wander in the plant world, and find renewal in the sea.
My animal companions—Lilu, Bambina, and Rocky the cats, and Tapiwa dog—keep life playful and grounded.
I love documentaries, camping, and time in nature, where I return again and again to the rhythms that guide all healing.
