What is Subtle Bodywork?

Subtle Bodywork is the practice of gentle, intentional touch that supports physical release while inviting deeper self-awareness, emotional integration, and energetic balance. Rooted in Eastern traditions, it honors the connection between body, spirit, and nervous system.

Modalities like Craniosacral Therapy (including intraoral work) and manual therapy use precise, light touch to ease tension in fascia, muscles, nerves, and bones—especially where trauma or contraction is held.

My approach is intuitive and heart-centered, grounded in formal training but guided by presence. This work listens to the “in-between spaces” where story, memory, and sensation surface to be gently witnessed and integrated.

What is Intraoral Craniosacral?

Intraoral Craniosacral is a gentle, gloved-finger technique that works inside the mouth to release tension in muscles, fascia, and joints that affect the entire body.

It can help relieve TMJ dysfunction, headaches, jaw tension, neck and back pain, and postural imbalances. By addressing restrictions in the craniosacral system, it supports the nervous system, encourages alignment, and promotes whole-body ease.

This subtle yet powerful work is especially beneficial for those healing from dental trauma, head injuries, birth experiences, or chronic tension.

What is Maya Abdominal Therapy?

Maya Abdominal Therapy is a traditional, external massage rooted in the Maya healing lineage and carried forward by Dr. Rosita Arvigo. It focuses on the abdomen, low back, and sacrum to support reproductive, digestive, and pelvic health.

This gentle, non-invasive work promotes flow through five vital systems—circulation, nerve signaling, scar tissue release, energy balance (chu’el), and organ alignment.

Sessions may include pelvic steaming, topical oiling, and guided self-care massage with castor oil and heat.
It’s a practice of deep reconnection—honoring the body’s innate wisdom and healing capacity.

How do you incorporate Plant Medicine?

Plant medicine is gently woven into many sessions to support both spiritual and physical healing.

I use energetic remedies like FemiMist Rituals spritzers & roll ons and physical preparations such as tinctures, oils, balms, and pelvic steams—all crafted with deep intention.

My personal line, Rusty Moon Botanicals, honors lunar cycles to enhance potency, while traditional Maya herbal remedies from Dr. Rosita Arvigo’s lineage bring ancestral wisdom.

Whether subtle or central, plant medicine adds depth and reverence to your healing journey.
