Spirit Mending
Folk Medicine Space Clearing
Like a healing bath for your home, this traditional practice—rooted in Maya teachings—uses copal smoke, plant allies, water, and prayer (detached from dogma) to clear stagnant energy, invite renewal, and restore harmony.
It supports both your space and your spirit, offering protection and clarity during transitions, seasonal shifts, or times of healing.
Space clearings may include both the home environment and a spiritual bath for the individual, so that the space and its inhabitants are cared for together.
A beautiful offering for transitions, seasonal shifts, after grief or illness, or when a reset is intuitively needed.
Healing Bath (Spiritual, not a water bath)
A traditional Maya practice using plants, prayer, and water to support emotional and spiritual healing.
This gentle ritual helps:
– Release stored trauma and emotional imprints
– Bypass the conscious mind and speak to the body’s wisdom
– Reconnect body, mind, spirit, and heart
Rooted in folk tradition, healing baths help clear what no longer serves, creating space for peace, clarity, and embodiment.
Dr. Rosita meditation
The Blue Door and Uterine meditations by Dr. Rosita Arvigo are 40–50 minute guided journeys that invite deep rest, nervous system calming, and intuitive release.
Offered with optional subtle bodywork or as a solo practice, they support gentle unwinding and inner connection.
Ritual Foot Bath
A grounding ritual using water, medicinal plants, prayer, and FemiMist Ritual salt scrub. Soak in a warm magnesium brine with fresh flowers while receiving reflexology focused on marma points to restore flow, ease tension, and support whole-body balance.
Plant Medicine & Healing Arts
Pelvic Steam
A warming herbal therapy using Rusty Moon Botanicals’ 8-herb blend (plus dulse for added support). Steaming promotes grounding, hormonal balance, trauma release, and healthy cycles.
Supportive for fertility, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and menstrual ease.
Pelvic Oiling – Guidance
A gentle Ayurvedic practice that nourishes the pelvis, supports hormonal balance, and invites relaxation and reconnection.
Includes personalized guidance on oil selection, preparation, and creating a restorative at-home ritual.
Working with Plant Medicine
Explore how plants can support your daily rhythms and long-term wellness. This offering may include:
Identifying plant allies that align with your needs
Local plant walks or alley foraging to connect with your ecosystem
Guidance on planting or creating a healing garden
Integrating herbs into your everyday routines
Tips on remedy storage for potency & daily use
A grounded way to deepen your relationship with the natural world—rooted in tradition, rhythm, and your own intuition.
Making Plant Medicine
Hands-on guidance for crafting your own remedies. Learn how to create and decant:
Tinctures & medicinal oils
Elixirs, syrups & vinegars
Oxymels, herbal salts & more
You'll learn the ideal timing for preparing and pouring off plant medicine for potency and shelf life—rooted in folk tradition and seasonal rhythms.
Postpartum & Infant Care
Moxibustion Box
A postpartum ritual using a wooden box filled with Chinese Mugwort (moxa) placed over the uterus and sacrum. The gentle heat and herbal smoke support recovery by:
Nourishing spleen energy (often depleted postpartum)
Aiding in "closing the gate" (pelvic healing in TCM)
Boosting blood & lymph flow
Building qi/chi and strengthening immunity
Research shows moxa supports an increase in white blood cells and gradual red blood cell (iron) levels over time. Cumulative benefits make it ideal during the weeks following birth.
Rebozo / Closing of the Bones
A traditional ceremony using cloth to gently rock, wrap, and realign the body—especially around the hips and pelvis. This ritual helps "close" the bones physically and energetically after birth, miscarriage, menstruation, or life transitions.
It supports:
Pelvic realignment and integration
Grounding spirit back into the body
Honoring completion and preparing for the next cycle (another child, menstruation, or menopause)
Energy conservation and restoration
A powerful rite for deep healing and embodiment.
Infant Craniosacral & Infant Intra-Oral
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) for babies uses light, gentle touch to support their developing nervous systems and release restrictions caused by birth or body tension. Practitioners work hands-on or just off the body to assess craniosacral rhythm, tissues, and membranes—creating space, flow, and balance.
Intraoral CST includes gentle, gloved work inside the mouth to release tension in the jaw, tongue, and throat—supporting issues like tongue tie, TMJ dysfunction, and latching difficulties.
CST may support infants with:
• Feeding challenges (latching, tongue thrust, pre/post tongue-tie revision)
• Difficult birth experiences (fast, long, cesarean, vacuum or forceps assisted)
• Torticollis, plagiocephaly, or sutural overrides
• Digestive discomfort (reflux, gas, constipation)
• Trouble sleeping or settling
• Nervous system regulation
• General wellness and early bonding
Gentle, deeply attuned, and effective for even the most sensitive babies.
Kitchari Kit
Rooted in the Indigenous Science of East India, kitchari is a gentle, nourishing dish made with mung beans, basmati rice, and digestive spices. This mineral-rich meal supports reproductive and digestive health, warms the body, tones the organs, and rebuilds stamina by strengthening agni (digestive fire).
You’ll receive a ready-to-make blend, plus guidance on how to prepare this traditional recipe. Ghee is traditionally used, but vegan options are available.
Subtle Body Manual Therapy
Simple Birth Parent Massage - Hands & Feet
A nourishing session focused on hands and feet. We’ll begin with a FemiMist Ritual Salt Scrub exfoliation, followed by massage using 1–2 Rusty Moon Botanical medicated oils, chosen based on your needs. Incorporates reflexology and Ayurvedic marma points, where life force energy is believed to concentrate—offering grounding, renewal, and deep care.
With Table Provided – Maya Abdominal Therapy at Home
Fertility, prenatal, postpartum & nurturing therapeutic care.

I provide:
Sheets & oil, + additional Rusty Moon Botanical products
We’ll go over table placement during your free 15-minute consult (phone/video) to ensure there’s enough space in your home for both the table and my movement around it.
Intra-Oral Craniosacral
Gentle, gloved-finger work inside the mouth to release tension stored in the jaw, head, and neck. The mouth contains muscles and joints that can impact the entire body. By addressing restrictions here, we can support relief from TMJ, headaches, migraines, back and pelvic pain.
This work also nourishes the dural mater, the protective membrane around the spinal cord—helping regulate the nervous system from the inside out
Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
A gentle, hands-on therapy that works with the craniosacral system—comprised of the central nervous system, fascia, and about ½ cup of fluid that flows around the brain and spine. This fluid has its own rhythm, often mirroring how we process and hold experiences.
CST practitioners listen through touch, following subtle patterns of restriction and gently releasing tension. This creates more space and ease in the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body.
CST supports healing for:
• TMJ & headaches
• Head injuries & whiplash
• Chronic pain & fatigue
• Low back & neck pain
• Pre/post-surgical recovery
• PTS & nervous system regulation
• Neurological support
